Rachel Hays
Rachel grew up on a hobby farm in Greenville, Indiana. After graduating from Indiana University Southeast, she went on to live out of state for six years. Upon her return in 2019, she began her real estate career working at Keller Williams Realty Consultants. She's held positions of brokerage receptionist, team transaction coordinator, licensed realtor, listing manager, and Director of Operations. She became a first time home owner in 2020. She lived in New Albany for seven years and now resides with her four children in Greenville. She's a member at Graceland Church and enjoys spending free time with her kids outside at local parks, hiking at state parks, or going camping. Rachel loves to mill her own flour and bake homemade bread. Her favorite part of serving in real estate is being able to provide local knowledge and insight on the housing market and determining the best housing plan for each client.
