Rob Gaines
Rob Gaines is one of three owners of Summit Edge Realty, serving Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. After nearly 30 years leading large teams in the restaurant industry, he transitioned to real estate in 2017, bringing expertise in training, operations, and business growth.
In 2018, Rob took over a small team of three, expanding it to nearly 20 top-performing agents by 2024 and achieving MREA status in 2021. As a MAPS Coach since 2019, he has mentored an average of 20 coaching clients at any time.
Rob is also a seasoned investor, owning long-term and short-term rentals, syndications, and a flipping business handling up to three flips per month. He also operates two self-storage facilities and a property management company with 200+ doors.
Outside of real estate, Rob enjoys life with his amazing wife, Tracy, their five children, and three grandchildren.
