Sarah Talbot
Born and raised in California, Sarah relocated to Southern Indiana with her family in 2022 and now proudly calls Greenville home. She has been married to her husband, Jason, for 19 years, and together they homeschool their two sons, ages 13 and 14.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media and Communication, and a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies. Her educational background provides a strong foundation in strategy, communication, and leadership — all essential in today’s real estate market.
Over the past two years, Sarah has built extensive hands-on experience in the real estate industry. She manages eight short term rental properties and founded a staging company that has successfully completed 48 home staging's to date. With a keen eye for interior design and market trends, she understands how to position a home to maximize appeal and value.
Sarah is passionate about real estate because it blends strategy, relationships, and vision. She loves homes, design, and the business side of the industry — but most of all, she is committed to helping her clients succeed.
